About Me
Licensed Psychologist | Therapy, Assessment, and Consultation
I am a licensed psychologist with doctoral-level training and over two decades of clinical experience providing psychological services across therapeutic, evaluative, and consultative contexts. I approach this work with care, intention, and respect for the responsibility that accompanies each professional role.
At Nautilus Pathways, I provide psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and professional consultation for individuals, families, and systems navigating complex emotional, developmental, and relational questions. My work is collaborative and humane, while also grounded in structure, ethical clarity, and clinical rigor.
Professional Focus
My practice encompasses three distinct areas of work. Each serves a different purpose and is guided by clear professional boundaries.
Therapy
I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift. Therapy is collaborative and reflective, with attention to development, attachment, and emotional regulation over time.
Assessment & Evaluation
I conduct psychological assessments and court-involved evaluations, including Parenting Responsibility Evaluations (PREs). Evaluation work is structured, objective, and guided by professional standards. This role is distinct from treatment and advocacy and is approached with careful attention to neutrality, transparency, and scope.
Consultation
I offer professional consultation to clinicians, organizations, and systems seeking thoughtful perspective on complex clinical, developmental, or systems-level questions. Consultation is focused, collaborative, and appropriately bounded, with attention to clarity and practical next steps.
Training and Experience
I hold a PhD in psychology from Temple University and am licensed to practice in Colorado. My clinical background includes advanced training and experience in trauma-informed and developmentally informed care, psychological assessment, and professional consultation.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across outpatient, community-based, and court-involved settings. I value ongoing learning and reflective practice and bring both experience and curiosity to the work I do.
My Approach
Across all areas of my work, I strive to create professional relationships that feel grounded, respectful, and purposeful. I believe effective psychological work requires both compassion and structure, and I am attentive to how clarity and containment support meaningful change.
In therapy, this means working alongside clients to build insight and capacity over time.
In assessment and evaluation, it means maintaining objectivity and adherence to professional standards.
In consultation, it means offering perspective that is informed, practical, and appropriately bounded.
Warmth, in my work, comes from presence, attentiveness, and respect for the work at hand rather than from blurring roles or expectations.
Why Nautilus Pathways
The name Nautilus Pathways reflects my belief that growth unfolds gradually and with coherence, often through revisiting familiar themes with increasing depth and understanding. Like the nautilus shell, psychological development is not linear, but it is structured and resilient.
My goal is to support work that is thoughtful, ethical, and well-aligned with each individual’s or system’s needs, whether in therapy, evaluation, or consultation.
