Healing, Connection, and Growth: Psychotherapy for Life’s Most Important Relationships
Every relationship tells a story — between parent and child, partners, friends, or even the one we hold with ourselves. When those relationships feel strained, disconnected, or burdened by pain, it can ripple through every part of life. Healing begins not by erasing what’s happened, but by understanding, repairing, and creating new ways of being — within ourselves and with others.
I specialize in four deeply interconnected areas of mental health: perinatal and infant mental health, relationships, high-conflict divorce and co-parenting, and trauma (relational and incidental). Whether we meet in person or through secure telehealth sessions, therapy is a collaborative journey — one where we explore patterns, strengthen resilience, and cultivate the kind of connection and peace you deserve.
At my psychotherapy practice, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where growth feels possible, vulnerability feels safe, and healing feels within reach.
Adapting With Strength
Like the nautilus shell—an ancient symbol of continuous growth, expansion, and renewal—life is a journey of learning and transformation. At Nautilus Pathways, I believe that embracing change with curiosity allows us to adapt, heal, and live with vitality, even through life’s challenges. My practice provides a supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate complexities, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful growth.
